FIFTH – LEGAL GUARANTEE
In the event that the customer receives a wrong or damaged product, or in the event of loss or damage of products by the transport company, the customer may request the return and/or replacement of the product within 14 days of delivery. In such a case, we undertake to bear the return shipping costs, we will take care of collecting the defective product and/or replace the missing product with an identical product at no additional cost to the customer.
In general, the legal guarantee for products is three years from delivery. The guarantee is determined by the manufacturer, who may extend it.
The user or customer has two months to report any lack of conformity that may be observed in the product. In any case, any faults reported after the first six months shall not be presumed to be manufacturing defects.
SIXTH – NULLITY CLAUSE
In the event that any clause of this document is declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these terms and conditions. DOCTOR MÓVIL may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document, which shall in no case imply the waiver of the same unless expressly acknowledged by DOCTOR MÓVIL.
