Is my device protected from water?
Some of the electronic devices we offer are certified to IP67/IP68 degrees of protection and, when new, are gradually protected against water and dust. The requirements for accreditation are established by testing under laboratory conditions. Devices with IP67 or IP68 protection certificates are considered to be protected against water up to a depth of 1 metre or 6 metres and a maximum duration of 30 minutes. Protection against water and dust is actually not permanent and decreases with the use of the device. As a consequence, we sell our electronic devices (including mobile phones and tablets) as not water resistant, as we cannot verify the degree of wear and tear by the previous owner. If the device gets wet, please wait until it is completely dry before charging it and refer to the additional information on handling wet devices and water resistance, which can be found in the user and manufacturer’s instructions. This does not apply to devices additionally certified according to ISO 22810:10 (e.g. some smart watches).
Guarantee
You have a technical warranty of 36 months after the purchase of your device and a repair warranty of 3 months after the repair. If you request to make use of it, you will receive a free shipping label to send us the device. After receiving it, we will proceed to repair it, and if it is not possible to do so, we will reimburse you the amount initially paid. The following items are not covered by the warranty: – Parts that have worn out over time, such as removable memory cards, camera shutters, lenses, etc. – Fragile or breakable parts, such as glass parts, viewing screens, lenses, etc. – Consumables, such as batteries. – Handling and operating errors, damage due to the use of chemicals or cleaning agents or damage due to aggressive environmental conditions. – Defects due to installation or transport. – Multimedia products, such as DVDs, books, software, music, games, etc. All our devices are tested by our experts, who attach a ‘Mobile Doctor seal’ to them. This seal guarantees that the device has been checked and verified by Doctor Mobile. If it is damaged or missing, the loss of warranty is immediate.

Are there shipping costs?
For shipping and insurance reasons, our shipping costs may vary according to the different product specifications, but will be a minimum of 3.99 euros. If the package is sent with a return label that is not ours, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs.
How long will it take to process the repair?
After receipt of the package at our logistics centre, the repair can take up to 14 working days. In rare cases, the repair may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive the package at our logistics centre. You can also find out where the package is during shipment by using the tracking number. Once we have checked the package, you will receive an email with all the information about the repair. In case the repair was not possible, we will refund the money you paid initially.
How can I return my product?
Orders placed with Doctor Mobile are entitled to a 21 day return policy and a 36 month guarantee. To return an item, log in to Doctor Mobile and click on ‘return’. Select the reason for the return and you can easily print the shipping label for free. In case of a return within our 36 months warranty period, we will proceed to repair it and if it is impossible to do so, we will refund you the money initially paid. Important information: In order for us to be able to proceed with the return, please return all items originally sent in your package (e.g. the charger). Also don’t forget to delete all data and codes, such as iCloud account, delete photos, etc. If you send the package with your own shipping label, we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
Will I be reimbursed for the value of my device?
As part of the Doctor Mobile guarantee, we always try to repair the device in the first instance. If this is not possible, we always refund the amount initially paid. Under no circumstances can we exchange products. Our advice is that if we finally refund you the amount originally paid, you buy another device on our website. Important notice: – For returns within the first 21 days, we always refund the money with the same payment with which it was made to us. If you are interested in exchanging it for another item, it is best to proceed to make another purchase on our site. – As our guarantee states, we will first try to repair it, and if this is not possible, we will refund the money initially paid. – In case of a refund, if the payment has been made by bank transfer, the first step is to credit your bank account to know where we have to transfer the money. Once credited, the money will be directly refunded to your account. – In case you have used a voucher, we will only credit you the money you have actually paid us.

The payment has been rejected, what can I do?
A payment rejection can be due to a number of reasons: – A temporary technical error of the payment service. – The verification of your payment system has failed. – The card you used is not compatible with 3D Secure verification. In this case, you will need to contact your bank for activation. – The account does not have sufficient funds. – The account is blocked.
